This is a gorgeous and romantic studio apartment, La Pineta. Attached to a beautifully charming B&B a few kilometres from Ostuni which nestles in its own olive grove away from the noise and bustle of the normal world. La Pineta is a self-contained, self-catering, studio apartment with its own private terrace and kitchenette. It has its own private entrance, sunny patio and secluded garden area. The use of the salt-water pool is shared with other guests staying at the B&B. The Studio looks out towards some noble Pine trees at the end of the olive grove.

what's included

The rental price includes a 'Welcome Basket' of typical local produce,scrumptious wine and some basic kitchen essentials The room has its own kitchenette where you are able to prepare meals and make use of the delicious fresh food, in abundance, all year round. You also have a large en suite shower room. The room is cleaned and the linens changed weekly. You can have Fresh towels and extra cleaning upon request, for a small extra charge. We can also provide a cot should you have a baby or small child.

OPTIONAL breakfast SERVICE

If you would like to join your hosts for breakfast you will get to meet the other guests at the large communal table, for a continental style breakfast of local and homemade delights. Over breakfast the hosts with the most, David and Francesco, are always happy to share their knowledge about the area and tell you more about the must-see sights as well as some of the best places to eat out. If you want breakfast included there is a charge of €7.50/person/day to be paid on-site.

Please note the minimum stay is 3 nights. Our prices are weekly, so please inquire for the price of a shorter stay.

For 2020/21 you may find the availability of breakfast limited to ensure distance is maintained under directives regarding COVID-19. However, feel free to enquire about this service as directives change regularly.
