INTERIOR
With a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the luxury villa's stylish interior features soft colours for a unique, antique look. Furnishings have typical ‘Salentino’ elements revisited with, classic yet minimal touches. This is a style and architecture based on traditional Pugliese construction methods, while using contemporary techniques to create flowing lines.
The front entrance leads to an open plan living space, including a dining and living room with TV and sitting corner. There’s also a well-equipped open kitchen and comfortable bathroom/laundry. Two corridors lead to the sleeping areas. On the right is the master double bedroom with ensuite, in addition to a second double room with ensuite. On the left the other two double bedrooms are united by a single bathroom with shower (one of the two bedrooms has a shower in the room).
Finally, an external staircase to the side of the porch leads to the door of the annexe. This includes a small kitchenette and two double rooms sharing a bathroom, in addition to a charming private outdoor courtyard.
LOCATION
